How it unfolded: The arrest of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka at the controversial Delaney Hall New Jersey ICE site
Editor’s note – Photojournalist Andres Kudacki was outside the gates of the Delaney Hall ICE detention center and the ICE office in Newark on Friday, May 9, for more than seven hours documenting the events that unfolded. The press conference was slated to take place after she and other members of Congress conducted an oversight tour of the facility. Following is the timeline of what happened that afternoon and evening, in photos.
